Duties:Supervision of and assisting with preventive maintenance and breakdown cover on a variety of food equipments, including enrobers, encrusters, batterers, fryers, flow wrappers, multihead and Check weighers, mincers, blenders, and bowl choppers. Supervision of six multi-skilled staff, application of preventive maintenance system (Holistech), and spares ordering and organization.
